Nairobi’s best known conference facility is the world class Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) . Located in the centre of the city, KICC is one of the most striking and iconic building in the Nairobi skyline, and has over the years hosted a range of major international governmental non-governmental and private sector conferences.

The Amphitheatre
The main amphitheatre is a perfect meeting place for medium sized convening, seating 800 participants on three balconies surrounding the auditorium.

The Plenary
Catering for major international meetings, exhibitions and grand balls, with space for up to 5000 people, this the The largest conference chamber of its kind in East Africa.

Executive Board Room
The boardroom is located on the first floor facing the Jomo Kenyatta
monument and is fully furnished , complete with its own local area network, internet and telephone lines.

Meeting Rooms 2 & 3
These rooms accommodate 250- 400, 200- 300 delegates respectively. The rooms share a large terrace for entry displays and coffee breaks.

Meeting Room 5 & 6
Situated on the first floor, these rooms can accommodate up to 130 people each and can be combined into a single large room. With Interpretation and recording provided by means of mobile interpreter booths, this is ideal for international conferences.

Room 7
A spacious theatre with a seating capacity of 150 people, Room 7 is especially suitable for workshops and seminars. Specialized lighting and wireless SIE equipment make this ideal for any kind of presentation or demonstration.

Room 8
Conveniently placed near the plenary hall on the lower ground
floor, room eight has full climate control, sound proof and can
achieve total darkness.

Secretariats
For event organizers who require a local office at their event, there are secretariat rooms, which are in close proximity to our meeting rooms.

Courtyard
The paved 705 square metre main courtyard is ideal for outdoor functions, social events or ceremonies.

Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) also has conference facilities available at their well equipped training centres in Nairobi , Nakuru and Naivasha
